A dairy and gluten-free version of the most popular breakfast in Italy - biscotti! Dolci di Maria was created with love by a mother for her gluten-free son. Mary Tantillo O'Shields grew up enjoying Sicilian treats and has traveled frequently around Italy sampling some of the most beautiful pastries. Faced with having to eliminate gluten and dairy from her family's diet, she refused to miss the sweets and instead created these delicious recipes. These Biscotti preserve the traditional Italian flavor while using all natural, organic ingredients that are safe for those with wheat, gluten, casein or dairy allergies or sensitivities, and those with celiac disease.
