How does Cuisine Cube work?

You can join Cuisine Cube for a monthly, three month or six month subscription, or send a gift for a monthly, three month, six month or twelve month subscription. Regular memberships automatically renew. Gift memberships do not (except for monthly subscriptions, which recur every month until canceled). Shipping is free and you can cancel or skip a month at anytime! A Cube (that's what we call our boxes of goodies) will arrive at your door the first week of each month filled with at least five exciting full-sized gluten-free breakfast, lunch, and dinner items (don't worry, we'd never forget dessert). When will I receive my Cube?

All Cubes, Subscriptions, Gifts, and Stock Up orders, ship out in the first week of every month. Please note, if your initial subscription order is placed after the 15th of any given month, your Cube will not ship the first week of the next month, but the one after that! Same with any product orders. For example, if you sign up June 15th or before, your Cube will be shipped during first week in July. If you sign up on the 16th of June, or after, your Cube will be shipped in the first week of August. Get it? Can I choose what's in my Cube?

That's our job! We scour the market for the very best, and we love doing it. If you love one of the items in your subscription, you can reorder more in our Stock Up section! Also, if you have a suggestion for a brand that you'd like us to know about, please feel free to email us at help@cuisinecube.com.

How many items should I expect to receive in my Cube?

Every month, you'll receive at least one item from each meal category: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snack and Dessert. Sometimes, you'll receive an extra treat, too

Do I have to be a subscription member to shop with Cuisine Cube?

No!  Anyone can shop with us. Just keep in mind that shipments from our Stock Up section are on the same shipping schedule as our subscription boxes. Orders place from the 1st-15th of the month will ship the first week of the following month while orders placed the 16th through the end of the month will ship the first week of the month after that. If you're confused about when you'll be receiving your items, email us at help@cuisinecube.com or refer to your order confirmation email.

What is your selection process for these products? 

We taste every item that goes into a Cube. We've chosen the best-tasting artisanal gluten-free products. If it doesn't taste great, you'll never know about it, because we won't include anything but the best in your box! We also strive to choose foods that are all-natural and made without any artificial ingredients.

How can I know that the foods on Cuisine Cube are gluten-free?

We work with partners who create food specifically catered towards gluten-free customers. When we can, we try to encourage our partners to become certified gluten-free. Please keep in mind, however, that we love artisanal products, which sometimes means small producers who can't afford certification. While we always do everything we can to be sure a product is safe, we cannot guarantee a manufacturers claim so please do take a look at our ingredients policy at Ingredients Policy URL

Are all of your products organic?

Many of our products are certified organic, but not all of them. We source from small producers who may not always be able to afford expensive certifications, but we do strive to avoid GMO and artificial ingredients.

I loved a particular product from my latest Cube. Can I order it through Cuisine Cube?

Yes! If you're a Cuisine Cube subscriber and found something you loved in your last Cube, go online to our Stock Up section to order the product you want. You will have to pay shipping for any extra shipment items, however. Not a subscriber? That's okay! You can still shop with us. Just keep in mind that shipments from our Stock Up section are on the same shipping schedule as our subscription boxes. That means your items won't ship until the first week of the following month.

If I order products from your ‘Stock Up’ section, when will I receive them?

Deliveries from our Stock Up section are on the same shipping schedule as our subscription boxes. That means that orders placed from the 1st-15th of the month will ship the first week of the following month while orders placed the 16th through the end of the month will ship the first week of the month after that. If I have a gift subscription, what happens after my last month?

After your last month of a three, six or twelve month subscription, we hope you'll sign up with us. We usually include a discount offer in your last shipment, so look out for it! Monthly gifts will recur until the buyer cancels or suspends the gift.

Can I order two subscriptions at a time?

You can subscribe to two Cubes at a time! (You must be hungry!) Note, however that they will contain identical items, as our boxes are monthly and we don't recycle any products.

When will I be billed for my monthly subscription?

You will be billed for a monthly subscription upon purchase. After that, your monthly subscription will be charged every 30 days beginning on or around the 15th of the month preceding your next delivery. Please see the intial email confirmation you received when you signed up, as this email will contain your next payment date. If you placed your initial order after the 15th of the month, your first Cube will not ship until the first week of the following month. For example, if you place your order on June 16th, your first order will not ship until the first week of August. If your order is placed on June 14th, your order ships the first week of July.

I'd like to cancel my subscription or stop my multi-month subscription from recurring. 

Monthly Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel by the 15th of the month, your following delivery will not be sent. If you cancel after the 15th, your last delivery will be sent.


Three and Six Month Subscriptions can't be cancelled mid-subscription. If you're unsure that you want to receive that many deliveries, please sign up for the month-to-month option. These subscriptions are prepaid and cannot be refunded for any reason, except damage or spoil, and will not be refunded in full. See below for how to stop your subscription from recurring each period.   

For all changes to subscriptions: Log into your account on cuisinecube.com. Once logged in, go to 'My Account' in the top right hand corner. On the lefthand side, choose 'My Subscriptions.' This will show a list of your Active and past subscriptions. Choose the one you're trying to cancel or suspend by pressing 'EDIT'. Here you can do the following:


REGULAR (Non-Gift) SUBSCRIPTIONS: (Auto-Renew)
  
Monthly Program Cancel Options: 
   1. Temporarily Suspend Deliveries 
      (use this option if you're going out of town or want to delay your deliveries for a month or two, please note you will have to manually ACTIVATE to begin deliveries again by logging in here and choosing ACTIVATE) 
   2. Suspend Subscription
      (use this option if you want to stop deliveries for longer than 3 months, or indefinitely)
 
 
3/6 Month Cancel Options: 
   1. Temporarily Suspend Deliveries 
      (use this option if you're going out of town or want to delay your deliveries for a while, please note you will not be refunded, this simply delays deliveries until reactivated)
   2. Stop Recurring Subscription 
      (use this option to limit your subscription to only the 3 or 6 months you have already paid for. Choosing this option will stop the subscription from automatically recurring once you've completed your subscription length.) 

GIFT SUBSCRIPTIONS: 

Monthly Gift Cancel Options: (Auto-Renew) 
   1. Temporarily Suspend Deliveries 
      (use this option if your gift recipient is going out of town or they want to delay your deliveries for a month or two, please note you will have to manually ACTIVATE to begin deliveries again by logging in here and choosing ACTIVATE) 
   2. Suspend Subscription
      (use this option if you want to stop deliveries for longer than 3 months, or indefinitely)  

3/6 Month Gift Cancel Options: (Do not auto-renew)
     1. Temporarily Suspend Deliveries

What are your shipping costs?

If you're a Cuisine Cube subscriber you don't pay shipping on your membership Cube. Subscribers and non-subscribers pay a flat-rate shipping fee when they shop online in our Stock Up section.

What shipping courier do you use?

We use the FedEx Smart Post. Your shipment begins with FedEx and then is left at your local post office where the local delivery is made by USPS. Please look for a notice from USPS if you think you've missed your delivery. You should have also received a shipment email from us with a FedEx tracking number.

Does Cuisine Cube ship internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii?

As of right now, we don't ship outside of the continental United States. With growing demand, we'd love to add this option!

How can I track my order?

You should have received an email when your order shipped with tracking information. If you didn't for some reason, or if you'e misplaced it, please email us at help@cuisinecube.com and we will find it for you.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

No! Your package will be delivered whether or not you sign for it.

Can my subscription be shipped and delivered on a different date?

Cubes only ship out the first week of each month. With growing demand, we may add another shipping date to choose from, but not yet!

I need to change my shipping or billing address. What do I do?

To change your shipping address, simply login to your account and click on 'Address Book' in the left hand navigation column. You'll see links to change both your billing and/or shipping address.

I'm going out of town. Can I suspend my subscription?

Yes! To do this, please log into your account at cuisinecube.com and then go to 'My Account' in the top right corner. Once in there, you'll see 'My Subscriptions.' You can then press 'Edit' and 'Temporarily Suspend' your subscription. This will stop further charges and deliveries until you 'Activate' it again. Please keep in mind: You can only suspend your subscription between the 1st and 15th of the month. If suspended after the 15th of the month, you'll still receive the next shipment. You will however, be suspended for the following month. Please email us with any questions at help@cuisinecube.com.

Am I able to return or exchange any of the items I received in my Cube?

No, we do not accept any exchanges or returns on subscription box items. Give that item away to someone who might like it, and be sure to let us know why you didn't like it and we'll take your opinion to heart! We can't guarantee that everyone will like everything we've chosen, every time (though we'd like to place bets on it). We strive to choose only the highest quality products.
